Distinguished Alumni Award Nominations

The Distinguished Alumni Award Committee of the Grand Island Foundation is seeking nominations for its Distinguished Alumni Award winner. This award will be presented in the spring of 2008. Last year, the committee recognized Dr. James Desemone, Neil Tetkowski, Bill Whitford and Lee Zeplowitz at an in-school assembly on April 20.

Eligible alumni must have attended Grand Island High School and graduated at least 10 years ago.

Nomination forms are available at wnypapers.com, at the Grand Island School Central Office and at the library.

Only candidates who attended Grand Island High School ten or more years ago are eligible for this award.
