Please include your sales representative's name, publication name, issue date, and your contact information on all submissions.

When submitting ads on disk:

Acceptable media:

3.5" floppy disk
ZIP 100 or 250
CD-ROM

Acceptable file formats:

(MAC FILES PREFERRED)
Adobe Acrobat PDF (preferred)
Quark XPress 5 or earlier
Photoshop 6 or earlier
Illustrator 6 or earlier
EPS (encapsulated postscript) with fonts converted or supplied

Submissions MUST include all supporting graphic files and fonts

Universal formats:

PDF, TIF, EPS, JPEG

Preferred resolution:

Photos: 300 dpi or higher, 85 lpi photos
600-1200 dpi, 85 lpi

When submitting ads via email:

ONLY acceptable formats are a PDF distilled through Adobe Acrobat (preferred) or a JPEG with resolution of 600 dpi or higher (not very desirable, but acceptable)

Photos:

JPEG 300 dpi or higher with NO DATE STAMP and NO CROPPING
